	Rental Terms Minimum DEPOSIT- $50 is required.  You can pay deposit or in full in advance on-line or mail a check. We accept cash only on the day of delivery. Advance payments can be sent to Boing Moonbouncers LLC. PO Box 4266 Wallingford CT 06492.   Approximately 24 hours prior to your rental date we will call to setup a delivery two hour window time. At time of delivery any balance due must be paid in cash. An adult over 18 must be present at time of delivery to sign our Rental & General Release Agreement. RAIN POLICY: DURING PERIODS OF SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS (I.E. RAIN, HIGH WINDS, ETC.) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS AND GIVE YOU A 100% REFUND GUARANTEED. IF CONDITIONS ARE NOT TOO SEVERE WE WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF KEEPING YOUR  RESERVATION PRIOR TO DELIVERY. IF YOU DECIDE TO KEEP YOUR  RESERVATION AND THE SAID EQUIPMENT FOR THE TERM OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS!

	1. What if it rains or is windy ? It is not recommended to operate a bouncer in the rain or if the wind exceeds 15 mph or if it is lightning. If it starts raining, have kids leave bouncer and turn off the fan and let bouncer deflate. Bring fan/blower inside. Once the rain has stopped, turn on the fan to inflate the moon bouncer and dry the inside of the moonwalk thoroughly before using it. 2. What kind of surface is needed for setup ? A flat level lawn surface that is free of debris such as sticks, rocks, etc. Please clean the area prior to our arrival. Also no overhead obstructions such as branches, electrical wires. etc. We will not set up on gravel, rocks or driveways, or where it may be unsafe, so please check ahead of time and secure the area appropriately. 3. How large are Moonbouncers Most Bounce Houses are large and need a minimum area of about twenty by twenty square feet. The height is 20 feet. 4. Does the moonbouncer need to be anchored ? Yes. We use tent stakes when placed on a lawn. 5. Are the bouncers clean ? Yes. All inflatable units are thoroughly cleaned between each use. We are committed to making sure your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another client and after it is installed at your location. This way, you are guaranteed a unit that is clean and in good working order. 6. Does that include anything else? Do you deliver ? Yes, we deliver set up and remove the equipment for you. 7. How many can fit in a Moonbounce ? Generally speaking, up to 5 at a time is a safe number. This really depends on the size and age of the children. Your supervision and judgment is required, you may limit the numbers as needed. More importantly riders should be sorted by size. Only limited number of riders the same size should be allowed in the ride at the same time . Adults can sit near children only but not bounce at the same time. Babies under 3 years old should not be on the bounce house. Unit Size                                        14'L x 14'W x 18'H Accommodates (Age / Number of Riders) 8 & under: 5-6 9 - 12: 4-5 Teens: 3-4 Adults: 3 8. How does the moonwalk stay inflated ? All bounce houses are inflated with a fully enclosed blower motor. The blower must stay on the entire time the bounce house is being used. The blower is designed so that no moving parts are exposed. The blower unit must be within 50 feet of an electrical outlet. If not please let us know. 9. Can the inflatable be used indoors ? Yes. You will need to have enough height to accommodate the moon bounce.  It needs to be 20 feet or higher with no hot lights on top or any hazard or obstructions, our units are certified. Most gymnasiums that you can play basketball in are large enough. 10. Will you put them next to my pool ? No. All moonwalk inflatable's must be kept  away from pools and water. 11. Can I pick up the inflatable unit myself to cut costs ? No, Safety is our primary concern, we will evaluate the area and use proper equipment for a safe installation. Our price includes delivery, setup and removal. 12. How safe are bounce houses ? All our equipment is designed with the highest quality and safety in mind. Each moonbouncer has a warning safety rule list stitched to the inflatable that must be adhered to. You will be given a copy of our safety rules that you will need to sign and understand. Riders must remove loose and/or sharp objects. This includes glasses, jewelry, earrings, no gum, candy, food, drinks, etc. 13. We are having a picnic party at the local park, or at our Condo can you drop off a moonwalk ? No, because you do not carry any personal liability insurance. The town or condo association WILL NOT COVER YOU on their liability insurance. 14. Do you do Fundraisers with your equipment ? Yes we can do fundraisers at our discretion. We generally can do an 80%-20% split or you can pay the regular price of the rental and keep 100% Add a fun food machine or two for even bigger profits. 15. Do we remove our shoes ? Yes, jumping in your socks if fine. HAVE FUN AND BE SAFE!
